Fred Ivin Christensen

Fred Ivin Christensen passed away September 6th, 2019 in Fillmore Utah. He was born September 15th, 1944 to Ivin Lauris and Marge Brinkerhoff Christensen. He attended Millard High School and Central Utah Vocational School, which later became UVU. He loved working. He loved his farm and his family. He also liked hunting, fishing, trapping, camping and gathering up treasures. He liked to fix unfixable things with “bubble gum, bailing wire and permatex” and loved playing jokes on people.
He is survived by his sister Susan Flaherty; brother Walter Christensen, and his children: Andrade Ivin (Alena), LeeAnn Sawyer (Mike), Brenda Smith (Joe), Blake Joseph (Maria), Jason George (Jennifer), and Kayla Marie (Cameron). He is also survived by his 33 grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Paula Stephensen Christensen, and his son Clinton Fred Christensen; brother James Christensen.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday September 10, 2019 at 12:00 noon in the Flowell LDS Chapel with a viewing from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. a.m. prior to services at the church. Interment in the Holden Town Cemetery. Online condolence at rasmussenmortuary.com
