Jason Lee Wilson, on December 21 2023, died peacefully in his sleep. His passing came as a surprise to his angel wife, family and friends. The news pierced our hearts and left us breathless and longing.

This big man, with a heart and a mind to match his stature left an indelible mark on all those that were blessed enough to hear him laugh, watch him create his wooden works of art, or to simply feel the warm embrace of his bear hugs. Jason was a man of many talents and a wit that could stump any college professor. Throughout his life he learned and did some incredible things and would talk your ear off about them all if you let him. But, no one that knew him well would ever doubt that his most proud moments were the day he married his sweetheart and the day that he first held each of his precious children in his arms.

His unconventional wisdom brought no glorious worldly honor, no Phd, no high paying or high status career, and certainly no fame or fortune beyond that of a regular man with a determination to provide for his family. However, those who knew him were constantly impressed by his knowledge of God’s great creation and by his profound relationship with his Savior. Jason had the ability to connect with a stranger on a deep level effortlessly. Oftentimes people who needed his goodness and wisdom in their lives would find him and he was always there to answer the call. Undoubtedly, he changed many more lives for the better than he ever realized during his time here on earth, oh what a joyful reunion he will have in the life hereafter with those countless grateful souls.

Jason Lee Wilson is survived by his Wife; Nicole Delfina Wilson, their three children; Danielle Star Wilson, Jason Tanner Wilson, and his sweet wife Kaylee Elizabeth Anderson Wilson, and Quaid Ronald Wilson and two furry friends; Nala and Bandit. He also left behind five big brothers and many other family members and dear friends who will all miss him dearly.

A celebration of life will be held on January 13th from 2-4pm. It will be held at the Fountain Green Church Building. All those who love Jason and want an opportunity pay their respects and spend time with others who do as well are welcome. Online condolences at rasmussenmortuary.com
