Jeralyn Crosland; “Aunt Jeri”; Holden, Utah; Our loving sister and aunt, Jeralyn Crosland, passed away early the morning of June 29, 2018 in the Fillmore Hospital. She was born November 17, 1946 to Warren and Ella Thompson Crosland in Fillmore, Utah. She graduated from Millard High School, then attended cosmetology school in Provo with her best friend Sandy. Her first job as a cosmetologist was working for her Aunt Dawn in Fillmore, Utah. Jeri worked as a cosmetologist for several years in Bountiful, Utah where she made many wonderful friends. She went to work for Mountain Bell Telephone and worked until her retirement. She had many wonderful friends and co-workers there. Jeri was married to Ried Daniels, later divorced. After retiring, she moved back home to Holden where “Aunt Jeri” was loved beyond measure by her nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She always had a treat in the fridge and her candy dish full. Jeri was also a fabulous cook and was always making something wonderful for our family. Preceded in death by her parents Warren and Ella, sister-in-law Vicki Crosland, and brother-in-law Mike Smith. Survived by brothers Lee R. Crosland(Ferron); Russell Crosland(Lisa) Fillmore; and sisters Linda Smith (Pleasant Grove); and LaRee Stephenson(Mark) Holden; and many nieces and nephews. Jeri was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in March of 2013 and fought for five years. We are grateful to have had “Aunt Jeri” in our lives. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Huntsman Cancer Center and Fillmore Hospital for their excellent and loving care. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 6, 2018 at 11 a.m. in the Holden Ward. Viewing Thursday evening, July 5, 2018 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the Holden Ward and from 9:30-10:30 a.m. prior to services. Burial will be in the Holden Cemetery.
