John Dal Hill

John Dal Hill, 80, of Mt Pleasant, Utah passed away on 14 September 2023.
John was born on 26 March 1943 to Cyrus and Mary Hill in Mt Pleasant Utah. After John graduated from Cyprus High School in 1961, he went on to study Engineering at the University of Utah.
Graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering he started his career with the U.S. Army and finished his career at Hill Air Force Base with 28 years of service as a F-16 Aircraft Manager.
In 1983 John met Judy at HAFB. John and Judy were married in Manti, Utah, and combined a blended family with two sons from John and three daughters from Judy.
In 1991, John retired and spent his time doing woodwork, gardening, fishing, and spending time with the family, and was a member of the LDS Church. He also loved watching the Jazz games and was a huge Utes fan.
John was predeceased by grandparents Zenos and Emila Hill, parents Cyrus and Mary Hill, brother Junior Hill, three sister Donna Wise, Lucille Peterson, and Bernita Gallup, son Kevin Hill, and son-in-law Alton Riley. He is survived by his loving wife Judy Hill, and children Todd (Sarah) Hill, Cheryl Riley, Debbie (Andrew) Butler, Ruth (Greg) Titus and has five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Friends and Family may visit at Rasmussen Mortuary on Friday 22nd September 2023 from 11:00 am to 12:00 p.m. followed by graveside service at 12:30 p.m. in the Moroni Cemetery.
