Our dear mother, Joyce Echols Finlinson, 87, of Fool Creek, Utah passed away August 12, 2022, with family by her side.

She was born to the late Robert Lee and Venla Echols, April 2, 1935, in Tucson, Arizona the 8th of 9 children born to the family. Joyce graduated from North Phoenix High School on May 28, 1953. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and dedicated herself to serving in many capacities and sharing her creative talents in her callings throughout her life. She was an active member of the International Society Daughters of the Utah Pioneers.
