Kodi Jade Wheeler

Kodi Jade Wheeler was born August 28, 2002 to M. Wade Wheeler and Amber Harward Wheeler. She left this physical realm with one of her best friends, Julie Oldroyd, and their friend Ryan Lyman, on May 3, 2019.
Kodi is survived by her mother Amber, her sister Emily, her brother Kaleb, her stepfather E. Jason Woodger, her sisters Jesseca Kathman and Camilla Luff, and their spouses and children, her brother Shaun, and their mother (Kodi’s godmother) Pamela Dillon, her Grandparents Kathryn Loveland, Tom Harward, and Norman Swainston, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is also survived by her beautiful friend Kenzie and a world of more friends.
She was preceded in death by her dear father, Wade, her Grandma Claudette Swainston, her childhood best friend, Allie Christensen, and an eternity of loving generations.
Our dear Kodi was never without her smile, unless it was pulling a funny face to make others smile. She defended positive outlooks fiercely – any negative comment around her was refuted by her loving positive view. She was and still is our encourager, our strength, our love, our angel Kodigirl. We were blessed to be with this spiritual giant for almost 17 years, to learn from, to grow with, to call our own.
She helped people on their journeys to finding freedom. She is such an amazing role model. She brings light to people who need it. She is completely free! We love you so much!

Services will be held at her home, 256 W 200 N Fountain Green, Utah Saturday, May 11 at 2:00, and in Franklin, Idaho Monday, May 13, 2:00 at the Franklin City Park. She will be laid to rest by her dad in the Franklin City Cemetery. Online condolence rasmussenmortuary.com
