Pete spent 5 years in the Utah National Guard, he and his good friend Doug Clark drove up to Yakima Washington to do Basic training. He was a hard worker, He worked for Cox Brothers, Ephraim City, Mont Hermansen and then he retired from the County Road Department. Pete was always the first to lend a helping hand to who ever needed it. Pete had an old green Willys Jeep, that Jeep knew every road on both the east and the west side of Ephraim.
