Raquel Thompson Clark, 48 of Fremont, Utah, passed away June 22, 2022. Partner of Matt Shelley, Mother of Alexander (Lauren) Aponte, Daughter of Ron & Joanne Thompson. Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with a viewing from 9:00 – 10:30 a.m. prior to services in the Sanpitch Ward Chapel Wales, UT. Interment in the Wales Town Cemetery under the care of Rasmussen Mortuary.
