Richard Vernon Lund, 68 of Elsinore, CA, passed away January 25, 2019 in Philadelphia, PA. Born February 10, 1951 to Vernon Douglas & Marion Fay Chryst Lund in Draggerton, UT. Husband of JoLynn Merriam Lund; father of Carrie (Frederick) Lane and Justin Lund. Services will be held Tuesday February 5, 2019 at 12:00 noon with a viewing starting at 11:00 a.m. at Rasmussen Mortuary. Please come in casual attire. Interment in the Mt. Pleasant City Cemetery under the care of Rasmussen Mortuary.
