Sandra Jo Peterson Frampton

Sandra Jo Peterson Frampton was born on January 29, 1939, in Fillmore, Utah. She was the second of four daughters born to Reed and Pearl Peterson. She passed away peacefully surrounded by husband, children and sisters on November 1, 2019.
Sandy was an elegant and beautiful woman who married the love of her life, Kent Frampton, on October 11, 1957, in the Manti, Utah Temple.
Sandy worked in accounting for West Valley City for 18 years. She was an excellent number cruncher, who was known as the first one in to work and the last one to leave each day. She was a dedicated member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She served in many positions within the church, including Relief Society, Young Women’s and her favorite – Primary. She loved serving in the nursery and as a primary teacher. As dementia overtook her mind, she often wondered where her Primary manual was, so she could plan her lesson for Sunday. She served her family most of all and never hesitated to help anyone in need.
She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, her three children, Kelly (Ren) Robison, Michael (Jen) Frampton, and Patricia Clarke, 13 grandchildren, 18 great grand children and 5 great-great grandchildren, her three best friends and sisters, Sammy Harward, Glenda Walker and Micky Robison, as well as many dear nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be Thursday, November 7, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Willow Creek 3rd Ward, 2400 Alta Canyon Dr, Sandy, UT 84093, with a viewing beginning at 8:30 a.m. under the care of Rasmussen Mortuary. Interment and final resting place with be in the Fillmore City Cemetery following the funeral.
