Thomas Paul Sorensen

Our sweet, loving son, brother, nephew and awesome friend, Thomas Paul (Tommy) Sorensen returned to his heavenly home March 15, 2018. Tommy was born March 25, 1997 in Redlands California to Ron and Patti Sorensen, the 3rd of 4 sons. Tommy loved his brothers and family very much. He loved his “little” pug Mort and had a great love for all children and his friends. He worked for Wheeler’s Distribution with his older brothers and was always willing to help where ever he could. He enjoyed playing online games with his friends and family and spent many hours inspiring them in online battles. He enjoyed cooking and baking, watching the Food Network, when he watched tv. His favorite programs were Iron Chef, Master Chef, Hell’s Kitchen, kids baking championships of any kind and anything that included Gordon Ramsey or Duff Goldman. His love of Chinese food, steak, potatoes of any kind and burgers was amazing and amusing to those around him. He enjoyed playing kickball and helping with P.E. time at the elementary with the first grade classes while he was doing online high school. The kids loved him too. He enjoyed fishing with his Dad and his brothers in his younger years and was a great little fisherman. Tommy was always friendly to those he met even though anxiety could make things very difficult at times. He was laid back and easy going most of the time. He is and will be missed very much by his family and many friends. Tommy is survived by his parents, his brothers, Ronald, Robert and Jon all of Mt. Pleasant, Utah. Grandparents Bob and Thelma Seely, Galveston, Texas. Grandma Helen Sorensen, Brenda, Arizona. Many Uncles, Aunts, and Cousins. He was preceded in death by his Grandpa Ray Sorensen, his uncles Jim & Jon Seely and his cousins, Jamie & Kelli Seely. An evening viewing will be held on Wednesday March 21, 2018 at Rasmussen Mortuary 96 North 100 West Mt. Pleasant Utah from 7:00- 9:00 P.M. A funeral service will be held Thursday March 22, 2018 at the Mt. Pleasant Stake Center (yellow church) 295 South State Street Mt. Pleasant Utah at 11:00 A.M. with a viewing prior beginning at 9:30. Interment will follow in the Spring City Cemetery, Spring City Utah. Online condolence at www.rasmussenmortuary.com
