Bill was born May 20, 1951 at Ft. Sill, OK. He died peacefully at Mt. Pleasant, UT January 3, 2023 after a brief illness. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Vaughn & Betty Barney; his brother Sidney Barney; his brother-in-law Wayne Dill; niece Calli Oldroyd and her children Justin & Julie Oldroyd.
He is survived by his sisters, Elizabeth “Beth” Hill and Sherrie Dill; nephews, Andy Hill (Michelle), Charlie Hill, Leroy Boren (Joanne); nieces, Nickie Ivory, Sandy DeLisle, Aimee Merick, Jeni Baxter (Mike) and a host of great and great-great nephews and nieces.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Rasmussen Mortuary. Viewings will be held Monday January 9, 2023 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday Starting at 10:00 a.m. prior to services both at the mortuary. Interment with Military Honors in the Mt.
